Pilates
Like most things that really work,pilates is simple and makes sense.
It is very different from other forms of exercise as it will actually change
the shape of your body in a way no other exercise can.
Your posture will improve as the body's central core muscles are strengthened and
you will become stronger, leaner and more flexible with greater joint stability.
Not only will you look better you will feel better.
Anyone at any stage of fitness can practise pilates, and while the full benefits of Pilates take place over
time, you will begin to see and feel the effects after only one visit.
Pilates is about precision - it requires total concentration and correct alignment to be able to
isolate the individual muscle groups and to work the body to its natural potential.

On your first session, you will be assessed whilst working through a series of exercises performed
with the resistance of springs and pulleys. You will then receive personal attention at each
and every session, with new movements and modifications depending on your needs.
